during my stay there, they arranged package trip n i enjoyed it.it is beneficial also.a safe n secured place to stay with family..near the air port is the one attraction..

there was disturbance of voice which i think from the laundry or something .

i had a great time staying at mars in chennai. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. i enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread they offered.

The room was in a extremely bad shape. Even facility for charging mobile was not there. Fan regulator was not working.No cleanliness in toilets.Absolutely zero value for money.

The location because it is close to the airport.

Hotel is extremely dirty and smells like dump. Bugs in the room and somebodies hair on the bed are free of charge. I payed for 2 days in advance but I had to leave this hotel for above reasons at 3:30 the fist night and it wasn't refundable. avoid this hotel however you know!!!

Absolutely disappointing. Rats every where in the rooms as well as around the premises. They never came to pick us up from the air port, and gave the excuse saying that me and the Booked.net did not give them prior notice, although all the instructions were in my booking reference in all its details.

The only thing good about the hotel is its proximity to the Airport, and nothing else.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Though the room furniture/equipments are old efforts are made to keep them tidy and useful. How ever bath rooms lacks basic things such as Bucket,Mug and a stool etc.

Front desk staff was very co-operative and helpful.
